Jaspreet Kaur

Jaspreet Kaur is a spoken word artist, a poet, a writer, is a TEDx speaker, one half of a social change YouTube channel and the creator of brand Behind the Netra.

But that’s not always been the case. Her teenage years were shattered by mental health issues which stopped Jaspreet from even wanting to get out of bed in the morning.

Following the interview you can hear Jaspreet performing one of her poems - I Am.

Joanna Forbes L’Estrange

Joanna Forbes L’Estrange is a singer, composer, conductor and musical coach. A woman with lots of strings to her bow - and we discover that is quite intentional.

We did a brief interview with Joanna for our International Women’s day special earlier in the year, and enjoyed the chat so much that we decided to find out more about her.
