Kasia Wozniak - Pro Choice Protests in Poland

We hear from Kasia Wozniak our Polish contributor who has sent a fascinating account of the women’s pro choice protests in Poland.  Kasia has spoken to protestors, academics and politicians about the Polish Government’s decision to ban abortion even in the case of severe foetal abnormalities;

Maud Blair

 

Maud Blair is a Cambridge-based author born to a black Mother and a white Father under British rule in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe during the era of apartheid.  Maud's acclaimed book ‘In between’ explores what life was like being taken from her mother at the age of 4 and educated in a boarding school where she was not allowed to speak in her native tongue.
